ePLUS is Entaksi’s all-in-one platform for managing document workflows, electronic signatures, and compliant digital preservation. It enables organizations to digitize paper-based processes, ensuring secure and efficient operations in a fully digital environment.

The service allows users to manage their digital archive by organizing and sharing documents through structured workflows. Content is arranged in an intuitive folder system with a clear tree-view structure. All types of electronic signatures are supported: simple, advanced, and qualified signatures, as well as seals, with the option to apply remote signatures. Users can define document access rights and visibility criteria, ensuring controlled and secure management.

Advanced search capabilities enable quick retrieval of documents through full-text or metadata-based searches. The platform automates the creation of Submission Information Packages. Documents are archived and indexed based on predefined attributes, while the preservation process ensures compliance by generating Archival Information Packages according to international preservation standards, applying digital signatures and timestamps, and storing data on high-reliability media for a defined period. The system also allows users to request Dissemination Information Packages and receive customizable notifications.
