Actaprivacy is a web application that allows you to comply with the accountability principle for reporting the security measures adopted for the fulfillment of the obligations under the European regulation for the protection of personal data pursuant to the GDPR n. 2016/679, of the Legislative Decree n. 101 of 10 August 2018 which amended the Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 and in compliance with the provisions issued by the national and European supervisory authority.
The software is designed in compliance with the indications given by the Italian Guarantor and the European Guarantors including the French CNIL, the British ICO, the Spanish AEPD.
