NIPA Cloud is a regional Cloud Service Provider (CSP) specializing in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) across Thailand and Southeast Asia with high-performance compute and storage clusters located in Tier III data centers. The environment provides both dedicated and multi-tenant (shared) CPU resources, supported by a 400 Gbps backbone and high-velocity internal networking (up to 100 Gbps per VM). Storage services included in this scope cover both high-availability Block and scalable Object storage powered by Ceph. As a Sovereign Cloud Provider, NIPA maintains full logical and physical control over the software stack, ensuring no proprietary third-party dependencies exist within the core OpenStack and OpenSDN layers. This ensures a transparent audit trail for data residency with PDPA compliance and international security standards.
