Seedoc is a software platform for Document Management and Computerized Protocol, compliant with current regulations, which allows for a complete and intuitive management of the document and protocol workflow, reducing time and costs associated with the document process.

Email and PEC Management: The integrated PEC client allows for the automatic creation of the incoming or outgoing PEC protocol pipeline, managing cases with multiple recipients and acknowledgment and delivery receipts.

Computerized Protocol: It registers incoming and outgoing documents according to regulatory guidelines, automatically generates the Segnatura.xml and applies the Qualified Electronic Seal eIDAS.

Dematerialization and Materialization: It digitizes paper documents or accesses the digital original (digital stamp/glyph) from any printing medium.

Document Management: Collaboratively produce, classify, sign, and organize documents into folders or files.

Workflow: Distribute and assign, request approval/signature for documents, complete document workflow management.
