As a Director of Information Security, Yolanda has over 15 years in cybersecurity, data privacy, and GRC programming and 25+ years in management. Throughout her career in retail, IT, and software development, whether it be high-stakes, innovative, emerging or deprecating technologies, she has been committed to building sustainable GRC programs. Dedicated to the mission of solving cybersecurity challenges by developing talented individuals, Yolanda has been successful in encouraging people to understand and move past limitations to thrive in their desired profession. Yolanda serves as a board member at Providence House, Inc. and strives to be in service to others whether volunteering at various organizations or other philanthropic endeavors that are focused on improving the quality of services for our under-resourced communities. Her life's mission is to participate in creating a balance of prosperity for all regardless of circumstances. Yolanda holds a BA in Information Systems & Technology from Cleveland State University and an Executive MBA from Bowling Green University.
