Siddharth Nandakishoran

Siddharth Nandakishoran serves as an FSI Assurance Specialist at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he oversees the end-to-end customer audit journey of AWS, from initial due diligence to comprehensive audit execution. He specializes in helping financial services customers develop robust control assurance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements while leveraging AWS's cloud infrastructure.
 
With significant experience in financial services compliance and technology risk management, Siddharth has developed expertise in bridging the gap between traditional financial sector regulatory requirements and cloud technology controls. His work involves close collaboration with global financial institutions, fintech, and industry working groups to establish and maintain compliance and assurance standards for cloud adoption in the financial sector.
 
Prior to joining AWS, Siddharth was a Director in the Financial Services Transformation practice at KPMG (UK and Switzerland), where he led technology audit and regulatory assurance services for G-SIFI Banks and Insurance firms. His experience includes acting as an IT assurance lead on behalf of Swiss regulators, conducting regulatory reviews and audits in critical areas such as outsourcing, public cloud migrations, operational resilience, and cybersecurity.
 
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecom Management. His professional credentials include CISSP, Certified BS25999 Lead Auditor and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
